Overview :
The Anesthesia Aide is responsible for providing supplies, equipment, and assistance to the anesthesiologists for the safe and efficient administration of anesthesia to the surgical patient.
Responsibilities :
- Prespares the anethesia carts for all surgeries.
- Check, Clean, and Restock all anethesia carts.
- Maintain an adequate supply of instruments, supplies, and equipment in a neat, clean and orginized manner.
- Cleans workroom as needed and puts all stock away.
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed.
- Promotes positive relations and communications with co-workersm staff and physicans.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimal Computer Skills
One (1) month to three (3) months on-the-job training will be required to attain proficiency of assigned duties and responsibilities.
Employee must be organized, have good communication skills, must be able to work well in a group and do well during stressful situation
