Client Service Representative

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner
- Data entry for medical records, client communication, and lab work
- Preparing and updating patient files
- Accurately manage financial transactions such as processing bills, taking payments, ordering, and checking in supplies
- Answers client’s inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures
- Being professional, dedicated, friendly, and reliable

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is preferred but not required
- Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
- Previous experience working with computers, filing, triage, scheduling, and billing
- Must be willing to work evenings
