What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admission Nurse position at Apple Creek Health and Rehab?
Registered Nurse to review referrals and check benefits. The Registered Nurse would review records and ensure benefits current for new admissions. Assist in all paperwork for a new admit. Complete 703's for submission. Communicate with DON and MD regarding needs of new admit. Gather and send in documentation for review dates of skilled residents. Assist with floor duties as needed. On-Call rotation averaging 1 day per week.
