What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service/Dispatcher position at Appliance Repair Experts?
Hello, we are Appliance Repair Experts, an appliance repair company located in the Coachella Valley for the last 10 years. We service the entire Coachella Valley as well as surrounding areas, assisting customers with their in home appliance repair needs. We are currently in need of 1 full time dispatcher. The hours will be Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, these are set hours and are not flexible. We are looking to hire as soon as possible so if you are applying you must be available to start right away. .

Job duties:
- Check and return all voicemails
- Answer all incoming calls
- Schedule appointments
- Assist technicians via phone
- Data entry
- Customer service
This is an entry level position open to all candidates, we do not require prior experience and will provide training to the right person(s). The right candidate however must be able to type a minimum of 30WPM and know how to operate a computer. The pay will be $17/hr.
