What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair major home appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, etc.)
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards
- Educate customers on proper appliance care and usage
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair options
- Use technology to manage work orders and communicate effectively
- Promote and sell add-on products and services
- Maintain safety standards when handling refrigerants and other materials
Requirements
- No experience necessary – we offer a complete training program
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in customers’ homes
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

Work Location
Technician will be based out of our Rolla office but will travel throughout Central Missouri within our service area.
