This is 100% onsite role. Office hours 2:00 to 11:00 pm PST, 5 days a week, M-F
Our Client is a Fortune 350 company that engages in the design, manufacturing, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment.
Required Skills
- SAP Order Management
- Must have 1-2 years of SAP order processing and call center experience.
- Responsible for order entry, validation, monitoring orders to delivery schedule, resolving invoice issues.
- Interacts with customers, company sales and/or field service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions for domestic and international customers.
- Must be highly responsible and able to follow through tasks to completion.
- Must be flexible to work holidays.
- Work Swing Shift Hours - Monday to Friday 2pm to 11pm PST.
