What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing / Customer Service Representative position at Applied Business Systems?
Overview: We are seeking an organized, reliable, professional individual to join our office team! Position requires the ability to work well as a team player but also be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Attention to detail, professional phone etiquette, good math skills, and strong computer skills are also needed from the ideal candidate. Individual must have working knowledge of and be comfortable with Excel, including creating spreadsheets and formulas from scratch. Excel test will be required during the interview process. Job Purpose: We are looking for someone to be the main customer service contact for a large customer, as well as helping with other customers and office duties as needed. This person would also oversee all billing to this customer and review all invoices that go to them.
Additional Duties: Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answer or direct inquiries. Prepare quotes for customers. Work with outside vendors and/or internal departments to complete customer orders. Maintain customer records and inventory levels. Track, verify and reconcile vendor invoices. Create customer invoices. Analyze and prepare monthly inventory reports for customers.
Microsoft Excel test will be required before hire.
Pay Rate: $16.00 - 17.00 /hour
Higher pay rate may be considered for print industry experience.
