As a Process Engineer in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, you may be tasked with: manufacturing process improvement; safety and ergonomic studies; capital equipment allocation; process documentation; efficient material and information flow for production; time studies and analysis; writing work instructions, and working collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical or ManufacturingEngineering required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
- 1 year(s)of professional engineering experience preferred
- LEAN manufacturing experience a plus
- Capable of working independently and as a team member
- Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset
- Curiosity, problem solving, and analytical thinking
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Desire to work on a variety of projects
