About the role
We are doubling the size of the company this year, and taking the recruiting team from ~20 to ~40. We are seeking a Technical Sourcer who has demonstrated ability to generate a high volume and top quality funnel to fill difficult roles. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious & startup-minded person who wants to experience non-linear growth by joining a top growth company very early on and building it to a successful exit.
Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to our Mountain View office 5 days a week.

At Applied, you will:
- Independently manage top of funnel candidates for various software engineering roles
- Become an expert on the AI, automotive, and autonomous systems industries
- Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
- Manage recruiting programs
- Mentor junior sourcers (quick path to leadership)
We're looking for someone who has:
- 2 years of experience
- Evidence of a fast growth trajectory at a reputable agency
- In-house recruiting experience at a top technology company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Nice to have:
- People management experience
- Startup experience
The salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
