In this role, you will use your strong communication, investigation, and negotiation skills to successfully manage a diverse caseload of commercial general liability claims. This person must appreciate the sensitive nature of complex, litigated liability claims and have extensive knowledge on policy interpretation and negligence standards.
Requirements:
- JD degree
- At least two years experience working in an insurane defense capacity. Personal injury attorneys encouraged to apply.
