Role: PLC Programmer (Plastics Manufacturing Experience)
Location: Boyertown, PA (Hybrid) 3 Days minimum onsite but could be more due to having to be on the production floor at times.

2nd Round - Onsite interview with HM and Team members
Experience required: 5 Years
Need someone capable of designing/programming a system around acquiring real-time data from the machines on the manufacturing floor. Wants all machine information to flow into the ERP system (Delmia)

Must Have
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience is required.
- PLC programming
- Ladder logic
- Plastics manufacturing experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- OPC UA Codesys
- Familiar with a machine-to-machine communication protocol that enables data exchange between sensors and cloud applications
- Managing projects – self-driven
- Python (Highly Preferred)
- Modbus
- HMI
- SCADA
- Raspberry Pi
- IQMS/Delmia ERP experience
- Associate's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram
- Experience with PLC hardware and software platforms commonly used in the plastics industry (ex: Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric)
- Strong understanding of industrial automation principles and practices specific to plastics manufacturing processes with ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams related to plastics production equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially in the context of plastics manufacturing environments
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment within the plastics industry is preferred
- Experience with Raspberry Pi for automation or control applications is a plus
