Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team and support children and families in Anthony, NM, and Chaparral, NM.
This is an entry-level position with training provided, making it an excellent opportunity to begin a rewarding career in behavioral health. Initially part-time (10–15 hours per week), this role has the potential to grow into a full-time caseload. Position Details

- Up to 30 hours per week may be required during training.

Registered Behavior Technician Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher.
- Valid and current driver’s license.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and communicate information to target audiences.
Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide direct behavior sessions for children in their natural setting.
- Meet documentation requirements.
- Collect and record data based on the child’s behavior.
- Work in a changing environment gathering relevant information to integrate, change or modify individualized treatment plan.
- Use decision making skills that objectively and fairly evaluate situations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
