The Client Care Specialist should be a Customer Services representative with 1–2-year experience in healthcare office environment. This role will monitor day-to-day task assigned and reports directly to Supervisor. This role will allow to work well with off shore customer service team, and as cross-collaboration amongst all departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive understanding of Lofta’s products and policies are followed and improvements in daily tasks to ensure communication is effectively to clients and their needs. The goal of the role is to provide customer support, this role is responsible for providing customer satisfaction.

Salary : $17 - $23
