As a Dog Walker, you will be picking up dogs from their homes, getting them ready, and taking them for a walk on a pre-specified route, for a designated amount of time. You will be responsible for keeping the dog safe during your walk, cleaning up after them, and ensuring they are having a great time while being safe. The ideal candidate has experience working with dogs of many sizes and breeds, can work outside in a variety of temperatures and seasons, and has excellent customer service skills.ResponsibilitiesGreet dogs, get them ready, and ensure they are properly dressed (harness, collar, etc) and safely securedWalk dogs for the designated time over the set routeClean up after any dogs in your careUse common sense and best dog walking practices to ensure dogs are safe and healthy while in your careQualificationsExperience working with dogs of multiple breeds and sizes desiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsThe ability to walk several miles each day in a variety of weather conditionsBasic knowledge of dog safety
