ABOUT APTIV
Aptiv, established in 1976 as Riverfront Activity Center, was the idea of three friends from the community of La Crosse, WI to develop one nonprofit human services organization that supported individuals with disabilities in all three primary needs-social, employment, and independent living. In the fall of 2017, we revealed a new name, new identity, and a new brand ' Aptiv ' a positive blend of the words live, aptitude, active, and adaptive. Today, we support more than 1,400 people with disabilities through eight locations and across 42 counties in the state of Wisconsin.

WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR COMMUNITY SUPPORTED LIVING LEAD / DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) / IN-HOME CAREGIVER
As a Community Supported Living Lead / Direct Support Professional (DSP) / In-Home Caregiver, you play a vital role in ensuring the people we serve are well-cared for and encouraged to live as independently as possible. In this leadership position, you are able to motivate other caregivers/DSPs to go above and beyond for our clients. You train new employees to give them the skills they need to confidently provide personalized service.
In addition to leading your team, you also have the opportunity to work directly with individuals with disabilities. From home cleaning and laundry to providing medication reminders and assisting with meal prep and grocery shopping, you are happy to help your clients with whatever they need. You also get to take them out for activities and medical appointments. There is an on-call component that allows people to call someone in case of an emergency. - High school diploma or equivalent
- Access to reliable non-public transportation with required insurance coverage
