Seeking a Office Assistant to join our team in Chardon, Ohio!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inquiries by telephone & email
  • Complete customer related tasks
  • Complete data entry, production entry, and data base management
  • Email and file documents and maintain customer files

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
