Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries by telephone & email
- Complete customer related tasks
- Complete data entry, production entry, and data base management
- Email and file documents and maintain customer files
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
