What are the responsibilities and job description for the ATTENDANT MANAGER- Indian Trail, NC position at Aqua Tech Pool Management?
Pool Managers fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a Gate Attendant and provide the appropriate oversight and leadership to ensure AquaTech & client expectations are met. Managers are responsible for supervising and providing ongoing facility training for employees, effectively communicating facility and staff needs with AquaTech leadership, ensuring pool chemistry remains within optimal range, verifying pool equipment is in good condition, and confirming appropriate documentation and daily reports are completed. Must pass a skills test to be considered.
- Gate Attendants are responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment at the facilities within the assigned pod by monitoring patron entry, checking and balancing chemicals, enforcing facility pool rules, completing appropriate documentation and cleaning the facility, including restrooms. Attendants will provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron needs in a polite, respectful and friendly manner. CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification is preferred.
