Graphic Designer

This is an ONSITE( 5 days a week) in Sunnyvale, CA. Please only apply if you are willing to go into the office daily. REMOTE IS NOT AN OPTION.

As a key member of this innovative team, you'll shape the visual identity and drive growth for a rapidly expanding brand.

As a Graphic Designer you will play a pivotal role in evolving and scaling the brand, crafting compelling visuals that capture attention and drive engagement. Your creativity will fuel the brand's growth through the development of diverse assets, including campaigns, launches, ads, events, content, print, and sales enablement materials. You'll also create short-form video content and animated GIFs to bring products and big ideas to life.

What You'll Do:

• Evolve, elevate, and scale the brand's visual identity
• Produce a diverse range of creative assets to support brand growth
• Create short-form video content and animated GIFs
• Conceptualize and execute industry-leading brand campaigns
• Uphold and advocate for brand standards across internal and external stakeholders
• Stay current on design methodologies and B2B marketing trends

Must-Haves:

• Experience working within an in-house brand creative team
• Strong design strategy leadership, from idea generation to driving business impact
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Slack)
• Proven ability to manage feedback, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver high-quality projects on time
• Exceptional attention to detail and a pixel-perfect design approach
• Outstanding organizational skills, including time management and clear communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience in the digital signage industry
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work

Typical Task Breakdown:

• Evolve, up-level, and scale the clients Digital Signage brand
• Produce and deliver a range of creative assets to fuel the Digital Signage’s growth, including campaigns, launches, ads, events, content, print, sales enablement materials, and more
• Create short-form video content and animated gifs to bring product and big ideas to life
• Conceptualize and craft industry-leading brand campaigns to grow awareness of and affinity for the Digital Signage.
• Uphold and advocate for brand standards with internal stakeholders, cross functional teammates, and outside vendors
• Keep up-to-date on current design methodologies and B2B marketing trends

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $61.22 to $68.03 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
