We are seeking a full time maintenance tech for LaCabreah Apartments, a 240 unit apartment community located in Brownsburg IN.
Experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry wanted. Some of the responsibilities of the position are for vacant apartment turns, work orders and groundskeeping.
Interested individuals need to have reliable transportation and own hand tools.
M-F daylight hours with rotating on-call responsibilities,
Must be able to pass background check.
