Join our team as a Commissary Operations Manager, where you will lead the daily retail operations for an assigned facility. After completing an ACS-specific training program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and maintain effective systems and procedures for planning, directing, and coordinating commissary activities.
- Coordinate unit forecasting and accounting processes to optimize inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards across all operations.
- Implement and execute promotions to enhance customer engagement.
- Supervise staff regarding production, merchandising, quality, and cost control measures.
- Oversee labor scheduling, staffing, and employee training initiatives.
- Conduct audits for inventory and records management to meet standards set by Aramark and relevant accrediting agencies.
- Potentially supervise inmate labor as part of operational needs.
