This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable customer service and teamwork experience while working conveniently between classes.

Hourly Pay Rate:
$16

Meal Plan Benefit:
Shift meal plus Block 25 meal plan *first year students receive $200 dining dollors instead of Block 25

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet guests with a smile and a friendly attitude, take accurate orders, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and assemble food items with speed and precision, following all Chick-fil-A quality and safety standards.
• Point of Sale (POS): Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and assist customers with menu questions.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including food prep areas, the front counter, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Stocking and Inventory: Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled student at the University of Virginia.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required?we'll provide all the necessary training
