Position Details
Provide quality family centered care that facilitate healthy development of infants/toddlers and increased family stability. Services are delivered in the home/community
and include assessment, individual therapy, case management and support. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in
trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of
understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.
Position Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
- State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.)
- Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record
- Current IMH endorsement or eligible and willing to actively pursue
- Prior experience work with infant / toddlers and their parents
