At ArborForce, we’re looking for a Safety Monitor/Supervisor who’s ready to make an impact in the field. This full-time, salaried position plays a vital role in ensuring safety, mentorship, and compliance at our job sites. If you're experienced in tree care, vegetation management, or another OSHA/ANSI-regulated industry, this could be your next big move.

• Conduct morning safety checks and tailboard meetings

• Perform job site audits and enforce safety protocols

• Mentor team members through our Employee Development Program

• Document incident reports and ensure OSHA/ANSI compliance

• Manage inventory and ensure safety gear is ready for daily ops

• Serve as a field liaison for real-time training and operational feedback

• 2 years in a safety role (tree care preferred)

• Knowledge of OSHA/ANSI standards

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• CTSP certification (or willingness to pursue)

 Competitive Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually
