About the Role: Parent Facilitator

• Utilize your experience, education, and training to improve families’ positive relationships and functioning.
• Complete comprehensive assessments.
• Facilitate the development of Family Nurturing Plans.
• Facilitate in-home family sessions through the provision of Family Nurturing Program curriculum and lessons.
• Provide families with linkages to basic needs and services.
• Plan and facilitate family group meetings and family building events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work; Child, Youth, and Family Studies; Psychology; Human Development; Special Education or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years direct experience working with children who have Developmental Disabilities required.
• Minimum one year experience providing family support services preferred.
• Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation and provide proof of current vehicle insurance coverage.
