Position : Maintenance Tech / Handyman
Compensation : $20.00 - $25.00 / hourly
Status : Full-Time
Category : Non-Exempt
Shift : Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
Reports to : Maintenance Manager
Location : Ewing, NJ

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Tech / Handyman to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in skilled trades, vocational training, or secondary / trade school graduates who are passionate about hands-on work. You will be responsible for performing a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our properties. Must be flexible and willing to respond to after hour emergency maintenance calls on a rotating basis.
