Arcadia of Chester is a small, family-owned assisted living and memory care facility. We started the company to take care of our grandparents. Our goal is to provide the best, most loving care and attention for our residents.

We are looking for individuals to join our caregiving team. The most important qualification is compassion and a desire to improve the lives of our residents. Experience isn't a requirement, but it's a plus! Many of our staff came from no professional experience but had a grandparent they loved and took care of.
Our team of caregivers provides assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing, eating), as well as running by cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Our facility has 15 residents that you will get to know on a personal level and be able to provide individualized love and attention.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and socialization to our residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with mobility, such as walking or transferring from a bed to a chair.
- Observe changes in the client's condition and report any changes to the supervisor.
- Provide assistance to individuals with memory issues
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
