Role description:
As a Project Director you will lead the management of project, working with stakeholders and operationally managing a project team. You will be responsible for ensuring all work and outputs are executed to meet project needs and objectives. Managing building projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, construction, and close-out.
Role accountabilities:
- Will be independently managing all aspects of a project.
- Taking responsibility to develop and maintain project budgets, project schedules and project scope.
- You will review and coordinate the preparation of construction documents.
- Run the day-to-day management aspects of projects in a fast-paced environment.
- set and manage project expectations.
- Facilitate project team and client meetings, negotiate and prepare change orders.
- Effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of project management and concurrent field construction experience.
- Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. The salary range for this position is $133,400 - $200,100.
