Primary Function:

Support the members of the Production team - efficiently, expertly, and innovatively work with all other departments and help to maintain high-level internal and external business relationships. Members of the Production team expertly execute marketing services for clients, report on the success achieved, and maintain exceptional client relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the initial analysis and onboarding of new clients
• Assist in designing the digital marketing strategy for clients
• Evaluating and reporting on the results of campaigns to clients
• Upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients
• Retaining existing clients
• Get to know and connect with clients to improve the relationships we maintain with our clients 
• Above all - Promote and actively embrace a collaborative environment, take ownership of and, show contribution to, a positive company culture. Set goals and work hard to achieve them. Show up on time, be consistent, give regular communication, and give your best effort. Document work, be thorough while erring on the side of taking too many notes. Reach out - find your stride, but be ready to take on whatever is needed. We're looking for innovation and potentially new and better ways to operate in this role.

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications/Education/Experience:

• 12 months of experience selling, consulting or managing digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Website Development, etc.)
• 12 months experience in project management
• 12 months experience in customer service or sales

Arcane Marketing wants you to grow as an individual and improve over time. The more you know, the more you can do, the more efficient you are - the better the pay scale will look. We want to increase pay on a regular basis, but this will be based on performance.

The skills listed below are extremely helpful and important to have before you start. Some of this knowledge can be trained and taught further. 

• The ability to read charts, graphs, and data and translate them into meaningful insights, conclusions, and decisions
• The ability to manage personal emotions and "keep cool" even when resolving conflict with clients or team members
• The ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with different personality styles
• The ability to stay organized and work with many (30 clients simultaneously) without letting important details slip through the cracks
• Familiarity and confidence with computer programs, apps, software, and technology in general.
• Excellent Communication Skills -written and verbal
• Ability to understand, connect with, and read people
• Ability to accept feedback productively
• Teamwork mindset and experience collaborating productively with others
• Willingness to always learn
