How You’ll Make a Difference
As our clinical operations leader, you’ll be accountable for the successful execution of our clinical trials, including overseeing our internal team members and CROs, operational and financial forecasting, and development of clinical trial documents. This work will help advance our trials and get our transformative and potentially life-saving therapy to patients.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
- Lead clinical operations team members, CROs, and other service providers.
- Provide strategic, tactical, and operational input to cross-functional team.
- Oversee selection, contracting, and budget-related activities for vendors and clinical trial sites.
- Translate development goals into relevant, tangible, and measurable objectives for the clinical operations team and drive optimal delivery.
- Own all budgetary activities for assigned programs including project budget creation, forecasting, accruals reporting, and invoice approval.
- Engage key stakeholders to ensure expectations of clinical operations are being met or exceeded.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- BA/BS in scientific or health-related field.
- 10 years of oncology clinical operations experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, cell therapy experience a plus.
- Strong working knowledgeable of GCP/ICH guidelines.
- Embodies the traits and behaviors of an impactful leader, including excellent communication, collaboration, coaching, and organizational skills.

The base salary range for this position is $270,000 - $300,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
