Responsibilities
Considered an emerging authority, who applies extensive technical expertise. In this role you will:
- Develop technical solutions to complex problems.
- Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
- Duties include but not limited to: interpreting, implementing and administering security policy; monitoring management of personnel access quotas, program access request processing, first tier adjudication performance and periodic reinvestigation processing; and conducting program indoctrinations and debriefings.
- Perform classification review of outgoing documents, electronic media and equipment; assist in the development of classification guidance; advice on facility design review and construction criteria; assemble data for preparation of physical security Inspectable Space Determination (TEMPEST) packages, AIS and physical security packages; develop and implement facility operating procedures; prepare Co-Utilization Agreements; maintain physical security, AIS, and TEMPEST records; administer OPSEC process to determine appropriate countermeasures; and receives direction from the Government PSO.
- Manage and administer all security aspects for multiple Intelligence Community (IC) programs, including implementing physical, program, facility and information security requirements to ensure compliance with NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, federal security regulations and information security requirements.
- Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified materials, documents, and equipment. Investigate and manage security incidents and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
- Conduct SCI Indoctrination briefings and educational training for new and current employees and coordinate security debriefings as necessary;
- Conduct candidate prescreen interviews and serve as an integral participant in the recruiting process.
- Responsible for SCIFs and may be required to respond to after-hours alarms. Provide occasional proposal support, as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 10 - 12 years of experience, or a Master's with 8 - 10 years of experience or a PhD with 5 - 7 years of experience. Provides technical security support to for government and DoD programs.
- Must POSSESS and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance, with Polograph
