Scecina Memorial High School has an opening for a full-time School Secretary. The ideal candidate is a practicing Christian who enjoys working with high school students and contributing to a faith-centered school community. This position provides a full range of clerical and administrative support within the school office and serves as the primary point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries by phone, email, mail, and in person; greeting and assisting visitors and volunteers; providing access to the building; and addressing questions and daily needs within the school. The School Secretary also assists with preparing materials for school events, operates standard office equipment, and supports teachers and administrators with various administrative duties as needed. This role is essential in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment that supports the mission and daily operations of Scecina Memorial High School.
