Position Responsibilities
- * Monitors and ensures the organizations’ compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- *Collaborates with Senior Leadership to understand organizational goals and strategies related to staffing, recruitment, and retention.
- * Assesses staffing needs and develops recruitment strategies to fill vacancies.
- *Recruits, interviews, hires, trains and supervises staff in Human Resources department.
- *Facilitates and handles employee relations and performance issues to include conducting Human Resources related investigations and advises management on employee grievances.
- *Works with Senior Leadership to develop and manage the Human Resources department budget.
- *Develops compensation plans and conducts compensation analysis.
- *Designs training programs and coordinates and/or facilitates of training opportunities/employee development.
- Manages the daily workflow of the HR department.
- Explains and provides information on employee benefits, insurance, retirement, programs, and education.
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Administration Officer.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; master’s degree preferred
- Experience
- At least five years of human resource management experience required
- Nonprofit experience, preferred
- License and Credentials
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees within the company
- Project and time management skills
- Organizational skills
- Proven expertise solving problems
- Budget management skills
- Knowledge of computers to perform necessary tasks with common office and HR programs
