Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
Job Summary
Support the teacher by assisting with instruction, classroom management, student supervision, and clerical tasks to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with instructional activities, reinforcing concepts, and supporting individual or group work.
- Supervise students during class, lunch, recess, and dismissal.
- Maintain classroom organization, materials, and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents in a professional manner.
- Participate in school activities and collaborate with colleagues to support school initiatives.
- Upholds the philosophy of Catholic education and supports religious programs.
- Demonstrates respect for all, practices charity and justice, and promotes Gospel values in daily actions.
Professional Responsibilities
- Maintain punctuality, and reliability, and adhere to school policies.
- Participate in school projects and committees as needed.
Additional Expectations:
Report any absences to the Assistant Principal promptly.
