The role of Operate II - Perform operator duties to include, but not limited to, warehousing, loading trucks, and cleaning.
- Perform duties of premix operator
- Operate equipment following established standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate operations with other operators to ensure quality procedures are followed through the systems.
- Comply with all safety programs and procedures.
- Complete basic equipment cleaning, maintenance and lubrication as required. Report equipment malfunctions or process deviations to Supervisor.
- Complete daily drug inventory
- assist production operators and cover breaks
- As skills and comfort level develops, would also load bulk and bag truck and run packing line
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area by following established housekeeping program.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values.
- High School diploma.
- Forklift operation, warehousing, basic mechanical knowledge, and previous machine operations experience. Basic computer knowledge.
- Accuracy in performing duties.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Ability to lift 60-lb. bags to a height of 48 inches.
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Stand/walk for entire shift.
- Exposure to some noise, dust and variable temperatures.
