Refinery Superintendent – Dawson, GA
The Refinery Superintendent is responsible leading the operations for refining, bleaching, deodorizing, boilers, wastewater treatment, and oil loading/unloading including continually improving safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and asset performance. The Dawson Site is a peanut crushing facility which includes a refinery for bleaching and deodorizing oil with approximately twenty employees. The Refinery Superintendent is a key member of the Site Leadership Team.

- Act as a role model for safety, and drive strong safety, process safety, and food safety performance.
- Ensure adherence to ADM standards and regulatory requirements refinery operations.
- Responsible for meeting operational requirements in refining, bleaching, deodorizing, boilers, wastewater treatment, and oil loading.
- Continuously improve safety and environmental performance, food safety/quality, cost, efficiency, and asset effectiveness through Performance Excellence, Readiness, and collaboration with site personnel and the Centers of Excellence.
- Develop a high performance team through employee engagement, mentor and develop team members, and driving accountability and ownership.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, audits, key performance indicators, and training standards.
- Lead complaint investigations and complete BRC Audit and sanitation items throughout the refinery.
- Assist in the identification, development, and execution of capital projects.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
