Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Irvine office operations, ensuring growth and profitability.
- Manage and develop a diverse team of engineers, planners, and other professionals.
- Ensure the successful execution of projects, from initial planning to completion.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community organizations.
- Drive marketing and business development efforts within the region to expand client base.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in Land Use Planning, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources, or Public Works.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing projects and leading teams.
- Proven ability to market engineering services in the Irvine area.
- Master's degree in City/Regional Planning or a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, with a California PE or AICP certification.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of successful team and client management.
- Active participation in professional organizations and leadership roles.
Salary : $140,000 - $200,000
