Position Overview

As our Logistics and Warehouse Manager, you'll orchestrate two crucial operational pillars that drive our business success. This role combines strategic leadership in logistics optimization with hands-on warehouse management across multiple sites.

• Salary Range: USD 65,000 - USD 80,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Leadership

• Drive efficiency in material transportation and delivery
• Manage transportation service providers and customs operations
• Optimize freight costs and recovery processes
• Lead local drivers and customs brokers
• Align supply chain planning with business objectives

Warehouse Management

• Direct multi-site warehouse operations
• Optimize staffing and resource allocation
• Drive warehouse digitization initiatives
• Maintain inventory control systems
• Coordinate with workshop leadership on performance metrics

Management Duties

• Lead and develop high-performing teams
• Implement strategic initiatives across departments
• Drive continuous improvement in operations
• Manage budgets and performance metrics
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards

Qualifications

Required Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred)
• 7 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in logistics and warehouse management
