Job Opportunity : Project Architect
Flansburgh is seeking a licensed Project Architect with 7 to 10 years of experience in a design-oriented office. Project Architects are responsible for leadership and coordination of project team members and consultants throughout all phases of design, from conceptual design through construction administration.
This role will assist senior leadership in :
- Design management
- Production management
- Mentoring staff
- Representing the firm to the client
- Participating in presentations and meetings
Exceptional design talent and technical skills are required in order to oversee the planning and execution of project documents. A five-year bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Architecture and advanced knowledge of drafting and 3-D rendering software (Revit, Cinema4D, Sketchup preferred) are required.
Excellent communication and leadership skills are required. A licensed / registered architect with LEED certification is strongly preferred.
