About the Role
As a Junior Architect | Associate, you’ll play a key role in our BIM-driven practice, shaping schematic designs, construction documentation, and entitlement work. You’ll work on fast-paced yet rewarding projects alongside experienced consultants and have opportunities to develop your skills through mentorship, client interaction, and exposure to all project phases.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Architects on multiple simultaneous projects.
- Produce schematic designs, construction documents, and entitlement packages.
- Work across medical, commercial, industrial, and residential developments.
- Prepare site plans, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations using Revit and immersive rendering software.
- Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and city officials.
- Contribute fresh ideas, problem-solving skills, and help shape the growth of the firm.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
- Experience: 4-7 years in architectural design, drafting, and documentation (commercial or healthcare preferred, but open to other backgrounds)
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Revit and BIM360, with an eagerness to learn new tools
- Soft Skills:
- Team-oriented with strong communication and adaptability
- Able to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines
- Calm, confident, and collaborative under pressure
- Eager to learn codes, jurisdictional requirements, and entitlement processes
Pay range and compensation package
Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 (depending on experience)
