What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House Manager position at Archival Brewing?
We’re looking for a hands-on Front of House Manager to help lead the service team in our brewery and casual dining room. If you love hospitality, craft beer, great food, and well-made cocktails, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support front-of-house staff in a fast-paced, casual setting
- Oversee daily dining room and bar operations
- Ensure a welcoming, high-quality guest experience
- Manage reservations, scheduling, floor flow, guest relations and staff training with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain and enhance service standards for beer, food, and craft cocktails to continually improve guest experience through hospitality
- Work closely with kitchen to ensure a seamless process between food and service
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a restaurant, bar, or brewery
- Strong knowledge of food service and bar operations craft beer & cocktails a plus
- Strong leadership skills with a hands on approach and a passion for hospitality with a team first leadership style
- Ability to stay thrive and stay calm and organized under pressure during busy service while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
