About the Project
We’re building a groundbreaking APP and platform designed to preserve the memories and emotions that matter most. This product is for life’s most meaningful milestones: weddings, family celebrations, heartfelt tributes, and capturing moments that deserve to live forever.
By combining technology, storytelling, and emotional design, we’re creating a unique digital experience that helps people hold on to what truly matters. We’re in the early launch phase and seeking someone to lead the marketing charge, crafting the brand, igniting growth, and laying the foundation for something iconic.
The Role
We’re looking for a powerhouse strategist-operator, someone who pairs big-picture vision with hands-on execution. This person will design, lead, and manage all of the company’s selection of initial testing, marketing and growth initiatives, coordinating external teams (agencies, freelancers, influencers, media), building our brand from scratch, and delivering tangible results in awareness, acquisition, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead our 360° marketing strategy to launch and position the company over the first 6–12 months.
- Select the test first users to provide feedback, that is why it needs to be someone in Florida
- Select, negotiate, and coordinate external agencies (Paid Media, PR, influencers, design, content).
- Design and execute paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, with clear understanding of CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Develop a compelling brand story, voice, and creative direction for emotionally engaging, viral campaigns.
- Drive organic PR and editorial partnerships with media outlets in the lifestyle, weddings, wellness, and emotional-tech spaces.
- Oversee influencer scouting, outreach, and collaborations with aligned micro and macro creators.
- Track, optimize, and report performance metrics with a strong focus on growth, retention, and ROI.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to align marketing with product and business vision.
Requirements
- Proven experience launching brands from scratch, ideally in consumer tech, lifestyle, wellness, weddings, or emotional-tech.
- 5 years in marketing leadership roles (growth, brand, or creative strategy) with measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and manage freelancers and agencies.
- Strong command of paid social strategy (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest).
- Experience in building emotion-driven, aspirational, and shareable campaigns.
- Advanced English (Spanish is a strong plus).
- A builder’s mindset—you don’t wait for instructions, you create, lead, adapt, and move fast.

- You’ve managed marketing budgets from $500K to $1M , know what works, and what’s a waste.
- You thrive in the chaos of startup life and see “impossible” as a challenge.

- U.S.-based (must have cultural fluency & on-the-ground experience)
- Proven track record in DTC, social-first, or creator-led tech brands
- Extensive mainstream media contacts (editors, producers, journalists, PR gatekeepers)
- Creator economy native — you know who's hot before Forbes does
- Obsessed with execution, speed, and results
- Fluent in tools like Notion, Slack, Airtable, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Marketplace
