Compensation: $60,000-$70,000
Location: Oklahoma City, OK; On-Site

Job Summary:
This role supports the development of technical documentation for the E-130J, ensuring S1000D compliance, and provides technical expertise for training Operators and Maintainers. Strong communication, computer skills, and maintenance experience are preferred. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Write, review, and edit clear, concise technical documents for training and technical purposes.
• Develop and review documentation for NATOPS, NATIP, IETM, and aircraft test procedures.
• Manage complex tasks from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
• Utilize strong time management/organizational skills to meet deadlines, and work as a team to meet project goals on time.
• Travel as needed for training, maintenance, testing, validation, and verification activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, training, and technical teams to develop documentation and training materials.
• O-level troubleshooting experience with military aircraft systems.
• Proficient in flightline use of support equipment.
• Formal training in aircraft systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic working knowledge of all aircraft systems relevant to the type of aircraft qualified on.
• Experience with Technical Orders, Manuals, drawings, and related documentation.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree OR 10 years of previous relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Microsoft Teams.
• Oracle experience - Preferred

Qualifications and Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
