Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company’s facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.
Responsibilities
· Plan and conduct cycle count of inventory.
· Ensure proper stock levels are maintained; control inventory.
· "Requisition janitorial supplies
· Requisition yearly blanket order for various items.
· Check, approve, and further process Stores Stocking Change requests for spare parts.
· Consult with Supervisor, Approve or reject requests.
· "Locate physically new Stores Stock items in Stores.
· Enter new Stores Stock Items in SAP".
· Items are located where they are readily available and logged into SAP.
· Physically receive material for maintenance and capital projects, receive purchased plat material (except raw material) and receive it in SAP.
· Locate physically maintenance and capital project material in Stores.
· Items are correctly received and place in proper storage location.
· Troubleshoot nonconformance in invoicing, bills of lading, receiving reports, material.
· Ensure proper payment for items received.
· Arrange repair item pickup by vendors.
Control items to be repaired by vendors. (CMMS)
Qualifications
· SAP skills, Inventory control, basic maintenance knowledge
· Forklift driving experience
· Able to lift 50-pound packages.
· Basic math/algebra knowledge, computer skills
· Prior work experience within the textile or related field are required.
· Good communication skills
