Position Overview
The Golf Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with the daily operation of Mansfield National Golf Club, as well as providing leadership to enhance employee engagement and guest satisfaction.

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Proven experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work proficiently with deadlines and discipline to work without constant guidance and supervision.
- Must be available to work all shifts and be able to flex schedule based on business demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proficiency in the EZLinks reservation system preferred.
- Proficiency with Golf Genius is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle problems involving guests and operational issues while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Mansfield National Golf Club.
- Assist with organizing and conducting golf tournaments and events, including corporate outings and charitable events.
- Manage line-level staff, including Retail Sales Associates, Outside Services staff, and the Starter/Marshal program.
- Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, daily pass-down, and reconciling daily rounds of golf.
- Understand key drivers such as revenue growth, profitability, quality performance, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction.
- Focus on key drivers of employee engagement and guest satisfaction.
- Train, conduct employee performance evaluations, and overall development of all staff.
- Manage all inventory, equipment, administrative supplies, and any necessary items within Golf Operations.
