- Oversee the troubleshooting, emergency repair, and/or replacement of HVAC rooftop equipment, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, or any other technical equipment or system installed during construction and covered by manufacturer and/or ARCO/Murray warranty periods.
- Assists in the purchase, installation, maintenance and repair of electrical wiring and fixtures; performs trouble shooting to repair or replace fans and motors; performs repairs to motors, and lighting circuits and to communication and AV equipment.
- Travel to active construction projects to conduct quality control site visits and complete internal inspections, also conduct travel for closed projects within warranty period to verify and oversee warranty repairs
- Document and provide solutions for reoccurring warranty items & failures. Coordinate proactive solutions with project architects and clients
- Communicates regularly with internal and external Project Managers, Superintendents, installers, and technicians to ensure good two-way communication concerning ongoing or potential installation and/or maintenance issues with clients
- Initiates and carries out projects or new process development aimed at improving efficiency of install and/or operating costs of client AV equipment and/or mechanical and HVAC systems
- Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Directs, maintains, and enforces the safety program for subcontractors, vendors, and/or client maintenance
- 3-5 years facilities management or building maintenance experience for a large entertainment venue or multi-location restaurant/hospitality management company required.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. Certificate and two years of documentable HVAC or Electrical journeyman level operating, maintenance and repair experience in the HVAC and refrigeration or Electrical trades.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and/or technical installation manuals required
- Expert in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong results/goal orientation
- Proven ability to lead teams, build trust, and empower people
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredExposure to Procore or other project management software preferred
