Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team in San Dimas. As a Gas Station Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, doing maintenance/cleaning, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process payments accurately
- Perform basic math calculations to calculate fuel costs and change for customers
- Monitor fuel levels
- Conduct regular inspections of the gas station premises to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Stock shelves with merchandise, including snacks, beverages, and other convenience items
- Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Proficient in operating a POS system
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
