What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Support Administrator position at Arcosa Brand?

What you’ll do:
- Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
- Clerical work/Computer Entry
- Work with Plant clerk to ensure all packing slips and invoices are received
- Net Suite Data entry/ Invoice approvals
- Assist Billing/Sales Departments with a timely filing of Invoices into customer portals.
- Follow up on portal submissions for proper approvals.
- Research invoicing discrepancies and irregularities.
- Assist with customer requests.
- Assist billing dept with RMA’s and credit memos.
- Assist with preparation of billing and sales reports.
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
What you’ll need:
- Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
- The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders and catwalks up to 60 feet as required and lift weights up to 60 pounds
- The ability to work in a varied outdoor environment (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge in Excel, Word, Outlook, NetSuite
- 2-4 years’ experience preferred
