What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at Arctic Snow and Ice Control?
Responsibilities:
* Administer the fiscal operations of the company
* Generate and assess financial statements
* Budgeting, predicting, and internal control
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory
* Establish and maintain financial systems and procedures
* Make sure to follow GAAP and local, state, and federal regulations
* Collaborate with management to provide fiscal guidance and support
* Report to upper management on financial performance and provide suggestions for enhancement
*Work with Epicor ERP
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
* Information of GAAP and financial reporting
* Adept in financial analysis and budgeting
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Expertise in accounting software and ERP systems
* CPA certification is a plus
