Key Responsibilities
- Investigate internal and external customer requests and develop strategies to provide solutions.
- Manage complex projects within key departmental project teams through all stage gates.
- Lead dedicated expert/specialist teams in confined fields of expertise.
- Provide technical assistance to resolve quality and productivity issues.
- Support technical licensees in direct materials reduction, technical documentation, and product problem resolution.
Requirements
- Diploma/Master's degree in relevant area (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Print Engineering).
- Minimum 4-5 years of management/project management experience.
- Experience in Coating and Printing Technologies Project management desired.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma development tools and methodologies beneficial.
- Excellent language skills in English (speaking and writing).
