We are seeking Truck Drivers/ Warehouse Support Workers to become a part of our back shop operations. He/she must work collaboratively with internal administrative/office personnel, external stakeholders, and union tradespeople in maintaining the back-shop operations. The position is in Pawtucket, RI.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support the Back Shop manager is all warehouse operations.
• Transport prefabricated products and other equipment to and from job sites.
• Assist with tool maintenance and repair, if necessary

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1 year of previous experience working in a Warehouse in a support role.
• Experience with tool repair a “plus”, or a willingness to be trained in tool maintenance/repair.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with tool repair a “plus”, or a willingness to be trained in tool maintenance/repair.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a high level of ownership, enthusiasm, and a collaborative, professional temperament.

• Establish accountability for results and develop a positive work environment for every project team member to thrive professionally and personally.

ADA Physical Requirements:

• Ability to pick up and lift no more than 50lbs.
• Drive a forklift.
• May repetitively climb up to and down 6 steps on different size ladders (6-12’) during a shift and/or use step stools.
• May frequently climb up and down various steps and stairs.
• Typically requires standing and walking for an 8 hour shift.
